Rocky Mountain Cutthroat Trout
Synopsis: The Rocky Mountain Cutthroat Trout (including the Yellowstone and Colorado River subspecies) is well studied in regards to climate change. While the species is somewhat susceptible to the direct impacts of warming, it is especially vulnerable to climate-driven expansions of invasive trout like non-native Rainbow Trout, Brook Trout, and Brown Trout.
